Privacy notice.

The project enquiry form prepares an email in your own email application. The form does not submit its contents to a Field Office Korea website server.

If you send an enquiry, we may receive your name, company, email address, proposed dates and locations, production details, reference links, and any files you attach.

We use enquiry and project information to respond, assess requirements, prepare estimates, plan production, communicate with you, and maintain necessary project and administrative records.

Field Office Korea does not sell or rent personal information.

The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which may process standard request data such as IP address, browser and device information, requested URLs, timestamps, and security signals to operate and protect the service.

Field Office Korea does not currently use advertising pixels, marketing cookies, or website analytics on this site.

Information may be handled by email, hosting, security, and file service providers. When necessary to assess or deliver a requested production, relevant information may also be shared with production partners, crews, facilities, suppliers, or specialists.

These providers and project participants may operate in Korea or other countries. Information may therefore be processed outside the country where you are located.

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, project, administration, dispute resolution, or applicable record keeping. The period depends on the nature and status of the project.

Reasonable safeguards are used, but no email or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You may ask what personal information Field Office Korea holds about you, request a correction, or request deletion where applicable. Some information may need to be retained for legitimate project, administrative, or legal reasons.
