FIELD OFFICE / KOREA

How we work

A documented production process from first brief to final delivery.

One accountable English speaking production lead coordinates your project from the first brief through final delivery. Scope, schedule, responsibilities, and approvals are documented from the beginning.

Process

Four steps.

  1. 01

    Brief

We confirm scope, dates, locations, deliverables and constraints in writing.

  2. 02

    Plan

You receive an estimate, schedule and clear list of assumptions.

  3. 03

    Produce

Field Office coordinates the shoot with the production partner, crew, facilities, and suppliers assigned to the project.

  4. 04

    Deliver

Reviewed material is supplied in the agreed technical format.

Before production

Written scope, dated schedule, itemised estimate and an explicit list of assumptions and responsibilities.

During production

One producer runs the days. Urgent updates use an agreed project channel. Decisions affecting scope, cost, or schedule remain documented in writing.

Reporting

Reporting is matched to the project. A multi-day production may require daily summaries, while a smaller assignment may use milestone updates.

Change requests

Scope changes are documented in writing with cost and schedule implications before they are actioned.

Review and delivery

Client feedback should be consolidated through one agreed channel so revisions remain clear and versioned. Deliverables are supplied in the agreed technical specification.
